The Plan is not a diet, it is a way for you to learn about how your body reacts chemically to foods, and to improve
your overall health and vitality. Once you find your friendly foods you will know how to plan your days so that you will lose weight and feel 10 to 20 years younger!
On the plan you will learn that your weight is nothing more than data. This data will inform you of how your body is reacting to certain foods. By the end of your journey you will have learned how to make your own menus that will help you maintain your goals using "friendly" foods. In addition you will also learn that foods which do not burn like a calorie in/calorie out are the SAME foods that trigger an inflammatory process which exacerbates our health conditions.
We use a whole flax granola to enhance digestive health and start your day with a breakfast rich with protein and omega 3. The flax granola is VERY easy to make!
Whole Flax Granola
1 cup whole flax
½ cup water
cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves to taste
optional- raisins, vanilla extract
1. Soak 1 cup of flax overnight in the fridge in roughly 1/2 cup of water with cinnamon
2. Spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake at 275 and add raisins etc
3. Turn several times to dry out
4. Bake 50-60 minutes turning 2-3 time
