Ghylian Bell brings the power of yoga, tai chi and meditation to young women as part of an ongoing series of workshops for teenage girls. In addition to movement techniques ,participants will learn how to create teas, lotions and body scrubs. Come and learn how to take care of yourself and appreciate the beauty within and without.
